Kliq is een app voor je vriendengroep (of je team): elke dag een vraag, samen challenges, een foto van de dag en Kliq Live. Kliq wordt gemaakt door Made by Balthazar, België. We verzamelen zo weinig mogelijk, verkopen niets en tonen geen advertenties.

Wat we bewaren

• Je account: je e-mailadres (of de anonieme relay van Inloggen met Apple), je naam, je kleur en je taal.
• Je groepen: in welke groepen je zit en wie er nog in zit.
• Wat je doet in een groep: je stemmen, je uitleg bij een stem, reacties, challenges en check-ins. Bij "Wie van ons" ziet niemand wie op wie stemde; uitleg is altijd anoniem.
• Foto's: foto's als bewijs bij een challenge en de foto van de dag. Die worden automatisch gewist na 48 uur.
• Stappen: enkel als je zelf meedoet aan een stappen-challenge of de Kliq League, lezen we het totaal aantal stappen per dag uit Apple Gezondheid of Health Connect. We lezen geen andere gezondheidsgegevens. Andere groepen zien nooit jouw stappen, enkel het gemiddelde van je groep.
• Kliq Live: wie meespeelt via de website krijgt een tijdelijk gastaccount met een zelfgekozen bijnaam en poppetje. Spellen worden na 1 dag gewist, gastaccounts na 2 dagen.
• Kliq Pro: betalen gebeurt via Apple. Wij krijgen geen betaalgegevens, enkel welk abonnement bij welke groep hoort en tot wanneer het loopt.

Meldingen

De dagelijkse meldingen (nieuwe vraag, herinnering, uitslag) worden op je telefoon zelf ingepland. Je kan ze uitzetten in de app (tab Groep) of in de instellingen van je telefoon.

Waar je gegevens staan

Je gegevens staan bij Supabase in Frankfurt (EU). De website draait op Cloudflare. Inloggen met Apple en betalingen lopen via Apple. Deze partijen verwerken gegevens enkel om Kliq te laten werken.

Je rechten

Je kan je gegevens inkijken, laten verbeteren of laten wissen. Je account en alles wat erbij hoort, verwijder je zelf in de app (zie hieronder). Vragen? Mail naar info@madebybalthazar.com. Je kan ook klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Kinderen

Kliq is bedoeld voor mensen vanaf 13 jaar.

Kliq is an app for your friend group (or your team): a daily question, challenges together, a photo of the day and Kliq Live. Kliq is made by Made by Balthazar, Belgium. We collect as little as possible, sell nothing and show no ads.

What we store

• Your account: your email address (or Sign in with Apple's private relay), your name, colour and language.
• Your groups: which groups you're in and who else is in them.
• What you do in a group: your votes, your reason for a vote, reactions, challenges and check-ins. In "Who of us" nobody sees who voted for whom; reasons are always anonymous.
• Photos: challenge proof photos and the photo of the day. They are deleted automatically after 48 hours.
• Steps: only if you join a step challenge or the Kliq League, we read your daily step total from Apple Health or Health Connect. We read no other health data. Other groups never see your steps, only your group's average.
• Kliq Live: people who play through the website get a temporary guest account with a nickname and character of their choice. Games are deleted after 1 day, guest accounts after 2 days.
• Kliq Pro: payments are handled by Apple. We receive no payment details, only which subscription belongs to which group and until when.

Notifications

The daily notifications (new question, reminder, results) are scheduled on your phone itself. Turn them off in the app (Group tab) or in your phone's settings.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with Supabase in Frankfurt (EU). The website runs on Cloudflare. Sign in with Apple and payments go through Apple. These parties only process data to make Kliq work.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. You delete your account and everything in it yourself in the app (see below). Questions? Email info@madebybalthazar.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Children

Kliq is meant for people aged 13 and over.
